Coronavirus/Covid-19 Update

Due to the impact of Covid-19, all face to face training and educational events have been put on hold, however, the following courses are now being offered via Zoom training, where you will be able to engage with your trainer and fellow course attendees and feedback throughout the sessions, take part in discussions, contribute to virtual whiteboards and access chat and breakout functions to help you on group exercises. Everything is multimedia so expect a visually engaging study experience.

All courses can be delivered to individual participants or as virtual in-house classrooms. The courses will be divided into manageable modules and delivered over a suitable duration to ensure maximum learning and interaction.

  • Ethics, Code compliance and decision-making in a social digital age

    This programme will run in concise 2hr modules, once a week for 5 weeks and looks at how to handle issues of ethics and compliance across all channels to show how the same principles underpin all regulation. Benefiting anyone producing multichannel communications and marketing campaigns in pharma and agency who have some experience of the ABPI Code of Practice

  • Client Retention and growth for Agency Account Directors

    This programme will run in concise 2hr modules over 3 days and will focus on how important it is in these current changeable and uncertain times, to ensure the agency is delivering the highest level of value, nurturing client relationships, increasing existing client retention and pro-actively seeking ways to add additional value.   • People management for new managers

    This programme will run in concise 2hr modules over 3 days and addresses how common it is for newly promoted managers to feel overwhelmed and experience ‘imposture syndrome’, the feeling of not being worthy of the position. Because of this, some managers can have a tendency to return to the comfort zone of carrying out their previous role tasks rather than embrace the new responsibility. With this in mind, this short course covers the essential skills needed to manage others and invites the participant to create a plan for how they will perform in the role.
