2021 update to the PM Society Training portfolio
We were delighted with the uptake and response to moving our courses online during 2020, following the impact of Covid on face to face training.
As we start 2021, we are back in the driving seat, continuing our course offerings and introducing some exciting new subjects to add to your learning objectives.
As the year unfolds, we will continue to monitor the situation and ensure all of our training and events continue to be delivered in the in the best choice of channel.
All of our online learning is delivered live in manageable modules and delivered over a suitable duration to ensure maximum learning and interaction.

People management for new managersThis programme will run in concise 2hr modules over 3 days and addresses how common it is for newly promoted managers to feel overwhelmed and experience ‘imposture syndrome’, the feeling of not being worthy of the position. Because of this, some managers can have a tendency to return to the comfort zone of carrying out their previous role tasks rather than embrace the new responsibility.
