We continue to offer our courses virtually and are now evaluating the opportunity of resuming face to face training.

We do hope to be able to offer both formats for our courses, in line with delegate, venue and trainer requirements – we will update our course details as this becomes available.

All of our online learning is delivered live in manageable modules and delivered over a suitable duration to ensure maximum learning and interaction.

Because of this, some managers can have a tendency to return to the comfort zone of carrying out their previous role tasks rather than embrace the new responsibility.
