Course Description

This course will equip you with a complete grounding in the principles, practices and processes of marketing in today’s environment and most importantly, how to apply them effectively and appropriately to your own Brand. Suitable for new and aspiring marketers those wanting to refresh their marketing thinking, apply a structured framework to strategy and execution and be fitter to handle today’s healthcare environment.

Day 1 – Familiarisation, Understand the role, scope and context of marketing and the challenges in healthcare.

Day 2 – How to apply the key tools in building a Marketing Plan

Day 3 – How to bring together the Brand Strategy by expressing a clear narrative, Understand the importance of customer perception in marketing

Day 4 – Understand the role of the Brand and how to bring it to life through an optimal Promotional Mix.

Day 5 – How to build an execution framework around the Plan and achieve the best performance

Day 6 – Consolidate principles of sound execution. Understand thew role of decision support functions in supporting marketing decision. Review topics covered and revisit key concepts.
