The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Interest Group was set up in 2020 by Rachel Farrow and Hassan Chadhury as a forum for discussion and action with the aim of getting the conversation started, finding data on diversity within the pharma and healthcare communications industry and ultimately making a difference.

Diversity is important in all areas of our lives and work. In this interest group we are considering diversity of gender, disability, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion or belief and neurodiversity in two key areas within the pharmaceutical and healthcare communications setting:

  1. Diversity, inclusion and belonging within our workforces at all levels
  2. Diversity in pharmaceutical and healthcare communications

The group is co-lead by Rachel Farrow and Phil Bartlett. They meet online 4-6 times a year. If you are interested in joining this group, please contact us.
