Onyx Field Force is an ABPI Code of Practice education programme designed to meet the needs of those working in field sales roles within pharmaceutical companies.

Key features of Onyx Field Force

Learner access for 12-months

Each user has access to all Onyx Field Force resources and webinars for a 12-month period, allowing users to access important information when they need it. Someone new joining the team? Access to critical compliance learning can be provided to new starters in their first week with your company.

Onyx Field Force comprises four online courses that take 30–45 minutes each to complete. Each course is comprised of video, audio, and written elements and all conclude with a summary and knowledge check.

The four courses within Onyx Field Force are:

1. Ethics and the ABPI Code
2. Promotion and promotional activities
3. Non-promotional activities and the sales role
4. Communicating about medicines

Live educational events

Onyx Field Force users have access to two 90-minute live webinars that cover critical areas of field force compliance using scenario and past Code case analysis. Each webinar is repeated regularly to allow everyone the opportunity to find one they can attend.

Full user metrics and completion certificates

Companies signing up multiple users to the Onyx platform can be provided with manager access to view and download progress reports and records of learning completion.

Upon completion of the online programme users can download a completion certificate.

Terms and conditions of use

Subscriptions are provided on a per individual basis linked to a company email address. User access is provided solely for the specified individual and user data is stored, tracked and can be provided to the subscribing company. Sharing of user subscriptions and log-in details is strictly prohibited.
