Advancing standards, together. 2025 Impact Report Summary
2025 was a year of impactful progress for the PM Society and for healthcare communications. In a sector facing increasing commercial pressure, rising expectations and rapid technological change, the PM Society continued to bring the industry together to advance standards, strengthen capability and focus attention on outcomes that truly matter.
From the launch of the PMi Awards (formally the PM Digital Awards) and the continued growth of the PM Awards, to the inaugural PM Society Summit, expanded interest group activity and growing investment in careers, training and Creativity for Good, 2025 marked a step-change in engagement, influence and impact across the Society’s work.
This report summary offers a snapshot of how the PM Society supported its members through change, championed innovation and measurable effectiveness, and reinforced its role as the cross-industry home for healthcare communications professionals.

Why membership matters
Only through membership can individuals and organisations shape industry dialogue, access interest groups, participate in awards and benefit from reduced training and development opportunities. As expectations around relevance, efficiency and impact continue to rise, membership of the PM Society is an investment in capability, connection and influence.
Join us as we continue Advancing standards, together.
