How the Mentoring Journey Works

Application → Matching → Chemistry Call → Session 1 → Session 2 → Session 3 → Reflection

The programme is designed to be focused, structured, and manageable alongside busy
professional roles.

Step 1: Mentor Matching

Participants are matched based on experience, goals, and professional background.

Step 2: Chemistry Call
Mentor and mentee meet for a short introductory conversation to ensure the pairing feels right for both parties.

Step 3: Mentoring Sessions

Three structured one-to-one conversations take place over the programme cycle.

Typical discussion themes include:

  • Career direction and progression
  • Navigating challenges or new responsibilities
  • Strategic thinking and professional development
  • Building confidence and leadership capability

Step 4: Reflection and Next Steps
At the end of the programme, participants reflect on key insights and identify actions for
continued development.
