The training is aimed at agency client services with line management responsibility who need to build the skill and confidence to manage others. This is a highly interactive, practical one day workshop focusing on real-life examples in an agency setting.

What are the learning outcomes?
Attendees will learn/come away with an understanding of the mindset and behaviours required to effectively lead and manage others and a toolbox of core principles, models, frameworks and steps that can be followed to support them in different scenarios in their management role.
What does the training include?
A one-day interactive workshop with an even balance of learning, discussion, examples and implementation exercises. Attendees are provided with a workbook with exercises to capture ideas, notes and actions applicable for their own management role. After the workshop, all attendees are provided with a slide summary PDF.
Jenny has been training her ‘Client Development for Agencies’ workshop for the PM Society and running her own training and consultancy company “Account Management Skills” since 2016. Jenny has been working in agency account management since the early 1990s and spent over 15 years in healthcare communications. Matt has over 20 years’ experience as a coach and trainer working for companies such as Petroleum Development Oman, Virgin Atlantic and Hemsley Fraser Training Company and with clients such as Rolls Royce, Cancer Research, Sky and the Bank of England.
