COVID-19 has had a lasting impact on healthcare as we know it, with many new systems and services being implemented at scale and pace to ensure people’s health needs are covered. The significant pressure placed on the UK healthcare system has been met with a swift response, not only to deal with the growing coronavirus crisis but also to provide essential services for patients’ existing needs.

In this webinar, we discuss: What measures and services that have sprung up to manage these needs? At this point in time, what have we learnt about their successes and their challenges? And what lessons can UK Pharma learn about engaging patients and supporting their treatment in the ‘new normal’ of healthcare provision?

This webinar will allow UK pharma colleagues to understand how systems have adapted to cope with COVID-19, the impact of innovative new services in community care, and hear insights from real patients whose care has been affected by coronavirus.
