What Learning and Development needs to do to raise Pharma marketing capability.
Here’s a question for you “name a sector that excels in marketing?” Your first thought probably isn’t the pharmaceutical sector, and that drove us at the PM Society to ask why? With this powerful question in mind, we spent the summer listening to you, trying to understand why? It’s clear that our industry faces unique challenges requiring an evolution of capabilities and enablers. So we have started to explore if marketeers in our industry are adequately equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and mindset needed to excel in marketing of the future.
Whether you’re an emerging or seasoned marketer, or whether you’re in an L&D or marketing excellence function, this event is for you!
We invite you to join us at our keynote symposium on 6th December in London, where you’ll have an opportunity to hear from various leaders on topics ranging from new approaches to insight generation, the evolution of customer engagement, and ways to build marketing capabilities within your own organisations. You’ll also have the opportunity to hear our recent research findings which could help you validate and assess your own capabilities as marketeers. And as you look to 2023, this event is a perfect chance to build or foster lasting relationships across your team, your company and the life sciences sector.
The event is open to new or experienced marketers, as well as individuals within L&D and marketing excellence within the pharmaceutical industry, and places are limited.
