Concerned by the four-year trend showing that 7 in 10 people working in communications roles experience significant stress, fox&cat took action. ‘Under the tree’ was created: an award-winning campaign to help individuals better manage the causes of vocational stress and pressure.

The campaign was publicised and delivered to agency, in-house, independent and professional group teams via internal communications channels and materials. Across the industry, ‘Under the tree’ reached 4,631 professionals with 90% feeling better equipped to deal with pressure.
