Havas Lynx has shown that agility and the ability to pivot in response to industry and healthcare communications changes are key to its success. The judges noted that strategic shifts made in 2023 have paved the way for more achievements in 2024—proving that planning ahead and looking to the future are essential for sustained growth. Havas Lynx are often unafraid to invest in new business areas, as well as AI investment, which has resulted in strong growth and new client wins. This agency is one that continues to evolve and innovate their business model to meet industry needs, whilst always striving to provide full service for its clients.

The judging panel for this award particularly liked how Havas Lynx invest in their people and beyond on the big issues. A strong and creative culture amongst the whole team that embraces learning and development, diversity and wellbeing was something the judges could feel. Furthermore, the ongoing great work being done by the organisation on DE&I, ensuring that individuality is both recognised and celebrated, is a worthwhile investment that not only helps their talented team to thrive but evidently inspires even more ingenuity.

Most importantly perhaps, Havas Lynx showcased wonderful creative work that stood them apart, with a sharp focus on impact that matters. Examples of their work are far-reaching across the healthcare landscape and they have had much well-deserved success at awards events this past year. However, what most impressed the judges was the clear motivation of Havas Lynx to improve the equity, outcomes and lives of patients and people.
