Exemplifying pioneering spirit, Lindsay drove impactful change at Bayer with her leadership this year, resulting in groundbreaking marketing that challenged and rejected outdated conventions. Our panel said the “Fight the Flow” campaign, addressing heavy menstrual bleeding with accurate imagery and convincing messaging, was a truly great piece of work and legacy for others to follow. Lindsay’s genuinely innovative use of influencers, both medical and patient, empowered women with content freedom to connect, enormously increasing awareness of an under-represented health issue. And Lindsay’s huge persistence in convincing colleagues, internal compliance teams and external platforms to run with her bold ideas, ultimately resulted in elevation of Bayer’s marketing as well as the inspiration for women to take control of their health.

As a champion for the unconventional and daring, Lindsay succeeds in being both highly creative and fully compliant, such that her work sets a new standard in pharmaceutical marketing. Honest, funny and most of all, authentic – Lindsay is a true first for Bayer and the broader Pharma industry.
