Your industry needs you for the PM Society Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Interest Group benchmarking survey 2024.
In 2021 the PM Society conducted a survey to gain awareness of diversity and inclusion in the industry, both in pharma and healthcare agency organisations. The survey gave some great insights and also brought up some interesting questions, which is why we have released a follow up survey in 2024. The results will be compared to see how the situation has changed in the last 3 years.

The PM Society will publish a summary article of their findings to show the differences and shift since 2021 and the areas that still need focus. Discovering the changes that need to be made is the first step to further industry progress for diversity.
