The judging panel saw in a flash that Alex genuinely has pioneered innovative practices that save time for medical colleagues, save money and improve patients’ quality of life. He has spearheaded AI-driven transformation at Jazz that is revolutionising their congress coverage, empowering MSLs to fully leverage the congress experience as well as feeding insights back to him.

Judges picked up on Alex’s huge motivation to enable his colleagues and stakeholders in their work, but also to listen and give a voice to everyone, while continuing to innovate accordingly. This really comes across in Alex’s work on medical training where, by utilising AI tools and initiatives, he has improved accessibility and engagement worldwide.

A further example of Alex’s substance is in the great agency relationships he has fostered, seeing agencies as partners and friends, acknowledging the value they contribute and being constantly generous with his support. The agencies that Alex work with say there are many reasons why they love working with him, but key is that he leads them to think bigger and keep ahead of the curve.

Judges were extremely responsive to Alex’s very detailed presentation of his case, with prepared charts and clear demonstration of his universal impact. He is clearly never satisfied with “good enough” and always asking himself and others, how things can be made smarter and easier for everyone. And the ripples of his success are felt far and wide.
