Impact in Pharma Technology

Alnylam’s objective was to communicate with the right HCPs and build relationships. Tangent90’s Resource Centre for Congress helped deliver the experience and evidence.
The result was exceptional with all key performance indicators surpassing everyone’s expectations. All interactions, consents and follow-up tasks were instantly distributed to country CRMs for follow-up by local teams, driving return on investment. Alnylam is now rolling out the solution widely.
Judge’s Comments
Alnylam has achieved the goals of many pharma companies at congress: 1) making an impression, 2) establishing the footprint of the company in a new therapy area, and 3) collecting consents in a truly omnichannel way. This is an impressive use of technology to provide not only instant HCP identification, but a complete ecosystem for consent capture and personalised communication with HCPs; pre-, during, and post-congress.
Judges said the use of joined-up technology and its impact is undeniable. They would love to know more about how KPIs are established because Alynylam has set themselves apart here by executing a project that many companies would aspire to. It has empowered its medical teams to lead confidently, aligning learning with measurable launch readiness impact.
This collaboration has delivered a high-performing, creatively unified and frictionless congress experience that blends seamless CRM integration, real-time content delivery, and strong engagement. Gold winning!

Globally, HCPs need 24/7 access to medicines information but struggle to find trustworthy content online. Datapharm and MILE, in collaboration with the pharmaceutical industry, developed innovative SRD Search technology to meet the need for reliable, on-demand answers to HCPs’ questions not covered in the SmPC or other frequently published resources.
Since launch, over 11,000 searches have been made, with 28% taking place outside standard business hours. With information on medicine products or formulations (and counting) now available across the UK, Germany and France, this technology is transforming how HCPs access critical information and how pharma delivers it.
Incyte wanted to create a ground-breaking event technology that helps dermatologists understand the significant impact of vitiligo & shows them the positive effect a new treatment could have on patients’ lives.
After consulting with expert dermatologists, analysing data, developing unique AI models & coding cutting-edge dynamic technologies, Incyte released the AR Vitiligo Mirror… It simulates hyper-realistic, medically accurate non-segmental vitiligo, and shows the effects of the treatment, upon whoever stands before it.
“The Vitiligo Mirror” has featured at dermatology events around the world to help change perceptions on the impact of vitiligo and inspire clinicians to prioritise their vitiligo patients.
