This group’s purpose is to increase awareness of the issues, highlight and promote best practice in ensuring diversity, inclusion and belonging and support the PM Society’s member organisations to improve their own approaches to diversity.

Our purpose is simple:

  1. To define what good looks like within organisations and the work they do

  • By Inviting, showcasing and celebrating best practice

2. To provide tools to help organisations get started and take action for themselves

  • For example, survey templates, training courses

3. To increase the number of PM Society member organisations doing something in this space

  • Encourage and engage organisations and individuals to make a change
  • Track progress
