Entries for these awards may be submitted by any UK, European or International:
- Digital communications agency
- PR/medical education/communications/marketing communications/ market access or advertising agency
- Pharmaceutical company, in-house PR, medical education, marketing department or business unit
- Patient or professional association or body
- NHS Group
- Technology or software company operating in the healthcare space
- Other healthcare company or agency
To enter, review or submit entries, sign into your PM Society website account using your email address. If you can’t remember your password, simply visit the password reset page and enter your email address.
You must be a member of the PM Society to enter these Awards. If you would like to become member of the PM Society simply join now. If you are unsure whether you or your company are a member of the PM Society, please call the office on 01403 264898 and we'll be happy to help.
All entries must have been active, online or in use at some stage between 1 January 2016 and 9 March 2017. Programmes or campaigns aimed exclusively at overseas markets only (i.e. non-UK) must be supplied in an English language version with relevant metrics / performance indicators. They will be judged in exactly the same way as UK programmes.
Each project may be entered into a maximum of TWO categories PLUS either or both Innovation categories (making a maximum of 4 as long as Innovation is included).
All digital assets must now be uploaded with your entry. The entry system will guide you through this process. Please upload full video files of your entries in any standard file format. Our system will automatically resize and transcode the videos for use in judging, on our website and for the awards ceremony. More details on digital components are available in each category's description.
Closing date for entry is midnight on Thursday 6 April 2017.
A seven-day extension will be permitted to midnight Thursday 13 April 2017 for the additional charge of £55 + VAT per entry.

Entries are charged at £140 + VAT (total £168) per entry. Payment should be made online at the relevant point in the entry process.
An additional £55 + VAT per entry will be applicable to entries received after the closing date of Thursday 6 April 2017, but received before the extended entry deadline of midnight on Thursday 13 April.
All judges and PM Society website developers are required to sign a legally-binding confidentiality agreement before appointment. The PM Society undertakes to adhere to the same agreement.
Shortlisted entrants will be announced on this website on Thursday 18 May. All entrants are advised to save the date of the judging day – Thursday 15 June – and the organisers will contact shortlisted entrants on Monday 22 May with details of the second round of judging.
Finalists’ work will be published on the PM Society website from Thursday 22 June and only your summary will be used to support your showreel, therefore please be careful not to include any sensitive information in this summary.
The 2017 Digital Awards culminate in a dinner and Awards presentation on Wednesday 6 September at The Brewery, London EC1. Over 500 guests from a wide range of disciplines attend each year to recognise digital innovation and best practice and the event has quickly become a highlight in the industry's calendar.
