Course Overview

This Assertiveness Skills Training includes practical exercises, real-life workplace scenarios, and role-playing activities designed to help you master the core principles of assertiveness. Participants will engage in:

  • Exercises focused on vocal control and body language to ensure your message is conveyed with confidence.
