Atomic Matter had an amazing 2024, despite not even existing as an agency when the year began! With a polished presentation showing great things really do come in small packages, the agency displayed a winning mix of strategy, creativity, and flawless execution. They are strongly placed for even more success in 2025.

The judges were impressed by the agency’s inclusive and flexible culture, putting its people first, while producing work of great quality. With policies like enabling returning mothers to work three days a week, a zero gender pay gap, and even setting up a freelance team in Manchester, Atomic Matter is proving there’s no need to be London-centric and that gender or parenthood don’t have to affect career prospects.

Much of the strength of Atomic Matter lies in its strong focus on creativity and sense of fun.
