In 2018, the PM Society’s Patient Engagement Interest Group created a survey designed to assess the health information needs of patients, caregivers, relatives and friends. The results of this survey are published in a series of patient factsheets.

In this fourth factsheet in the series, we compare data from the 2 datasets of respondents to explore the similarities and differences in why patients look for health information, which sources they find most useful and in which format they prefer to receive health information.
