Entries for these awards may be submitted by any UK, European or International:
- Digital communications agency
- PR/medical education/communications/marketing communications/ market access or advertising agency
- Pharmaceutical company, biotech and life sciences companies
- Patient or professional association or body
- NHS Group
- Technology or software company operating in the healthcare space
- Other healthcare company or agency
To enter, review or submit entries, sign into your PM Society website account using your email address. If you can’t remember your password, simply visit the password reset page and enter your email address.

All entries must have been active, online or in use at some stage between Friday 10 March 2017 and Tuesday 6 March 2018. Programmes or campaigns aimed exclusively at overseas markets only (i.e. non-UK) must be supplied in an English language version with relevant metrics / performance indicators. They will be judged in exactly the same way as UK programmes.
All entries, where applicable, must comply with the ABPI Code of Practice or, for overseas material, the appropriate national or regional code.
Entries which are extensions of a previously entered campaign must, in the opinion of the judges, be noticeably different from previous executions.
Each project may be entered into a maximum of TWO categories PLUS either or both Innovation categories (making a maximum of 4 as long as Innovation is included).
- Review the list of categories and decide which is appropriate for your entry
- Click "add a new entry" to start your entry.
- You will be asked to complete your written entry details. You will be required to upload a video showcasing your entry or a URL.
- You can enter and exit this site as many times as you wish to modify your entry, or add more entries, up to the closing date. Anyone within your company can edit any of your company's entries.
- Once all information for an entry has been provided you may pay for and submit your entry or continue to add entries and pay for them together up until the entry deadline of Thursday 5 April 2018*
Each entry must be completed online through the website and it is the responsibility of the entrant to obtain client approval prior to submission. Entries may be withdrawn after the entry deadline however entry fees are non-refundable.
*An entry extension is available to midnight on Thursday 12 April 2018 for an additional fee.
All entries, excluding people awards, should be submitted with a video file or URL.
Video files should be no longer than three minutes in duration. The video must clearly demonstrate the interactivity and illustrate the best features. You can video capture the entry being demonstrated (either by video or screen capture software like Camtasia or Captivate) and upload your video file with your entry.* Our system will automatically resize and transcode the videos for use in judging, on our website and for the awards ceremony
Websites can be entered by either supplying the URL or video capturing the entry demonstrating its key features*. To allow judges to view and score your entry any submitted URLs must be ‘live’ from the time of submission until at least the end of June 2018
*The video you supply may be used as your finalist showreel for display at the awards event and on our website, therefore please be careful not to include any sensitive information and ensure content is approved by the client.

The decision of the judges in all matters is final and they retain the right to move entries into other categories if appropriate. Whole categories may be merged with others or removed altogether (and fees refunded if appropriate) if insufficient entries received.
Closing date for entry for the effectiveness and craft awards is midnight on Thursday 5 April 2018.
A seven-day extension will be permitted to midnight Thursday 12 April 2018 for the additional charge of £55 + VAT per entry.
Our people awards can be entered up until midnight on Friday 1 June 2018.

Entries are charged at £155 + VAT (total £186) per entry. Payment should be made online at the relevant point in the entry process.
An additional £55 + VAT per entry will be applicable to entries received after the closing date of midnight, Thursday 5 April 2018, but received before the extended entry deadline of midnight on Thursday 12 April 2018.
Pharma Digital Partner category nominations are FREE OF CHARGE.
We recognise and understand the sensitive nature of the information submitted in your entries; therefore we require all judges to sign a legally binding confidentiality agreement before appointment.
Shortlisted entrants will be announced on this website on Thursday 17 May 2018. All entrants are advised to save the date of the judging day – Tuesday 19 June 2018 – and the organisers will contact shortlisted entrants on Thursday 24 May 2018 with details of the second round of judging.
Finalists’ work will be published on the PM Society website from Tuesday 26 June 2018 your summary will be used to support your video showreel, therefore please be careful not to include any sensitive information and ensure content is approved by the client.
The 2018 Digital Awards culminate in a dinner and Awards presentation on Thursday 20 September at The Brewery, London EC1Y 4SD. Over 500 guests from a wide range of disciplines attend each year to recognise digital innovation and best practice, the event has quickly become a highlight in the industry's calendar.
