Andy is a true mixed-speciality communications professional completely at home with faculty liaison, content conceptualization and development, event promotion, digital event logistics and management. This made him a natural to spearhead the PEER programme (""Pan-European Expert Review"") using videoconferencing technology to connect international thought leaders with clincians throughout the Nordic region, for free discussion of the key findings of major international congresses. With ease he has accommodated the particular compliance challenges of multiple territories throughout the Nordic region, and the varying therapy areas relevant to the growing brand portfolio supported by PEER, to enable expansion of the programme beyond its initial Swedish HIV expert target market.
Through his easy manner, professionalism and willingness to provide ready client support he has worked side-by-side with the client, to support promotion and uptake of the programme by multiple diverse brand teams across the region by clearly demonstrating its impact through clear programme metrics and uniformly excellent faculty and delegate feedback.
Since mid-2013 Ed has been the Digital PM on a program of disease awareness work for AbbVie around inflammatory back pain – the Don’t Turn Your Back on It campaign.
While the program has included all of inVentiv’s Communications disciplines from PR and advertising through to medical comms, and all channels from press and radio through to experiential, social and digital out of home, Ed has driven through a vision that has placed digital at the heart of all activities and led our own internal teams to incorporate agile PM methodologies into their working practices.
This program has required Ed to navigate the complexities of managing not just multiple internal teams and activities, but also a global client team; five affiliate markets; an offshore systems integrator; and third parties including media buyers and other local market agencies.
Throughout all of this, Ed has remained calm, assured and a trusted counsel to both client and internal teams, managing expectations, budgets and timelines to deliver a campaign that has outperformed all expectations and delighted our client and their audiences.
Henry is incredibly committed and hard-working and will always go the extra mile to understand the context of the projects he is working on, for example researching the drug, therapy area and market landscape in depth, as well as fully understanding his client’s challenges and critical success factors. Clients trust Henry to deliver results that will help them achieve their objectives and make a real impact on their brand.
He approaches the delivery of his projects with enthusiasm and tenacity, and his passion is infectious to the internal M3 teams who strive to meet his exceptionally high standards. He performs well under pressure, and thrives on a challenging client brief where he can demonstrate his ability to be creative and to push the boundaries.
Henry is an established member of the client services team; he is well-respected by his colleagues and clients and is considered a rising star within M3.
Neil has led the development of multiple, complex and innovative digital projects in the past year. One challenging task, involved adapting a complex health economic model, designed as an excel spreadsheet, to improve ease of use and enhanced data visualisation. Neil proposed the solution of an iPad application to manage the wealth of complex data and enable a visually engaging experience for the recipient. Neil worked with external health economists and internal agency team to develop the application and oversaw the extensive testing required to ensure a perfect solution was delivered. Throughout the project, Neil accurately set the client’s expectations and worked tirelessly to ensure the project was not only completed within the constraining timelines but was delivered one week early.
Rebeka adopts her customers needs as her own in every respect. She will always fully research their market and therapy area to ensure she is best placed to support them. She will always go the extra mile, and I know that this is always appreciated by the positive feedback we receive from all her accounts.
Managing a digital project requires an understanding of a range of technical skills, such as development, analysis, design and modelling. Rebeka is able to bring all of these together and ensure they are all working in harmony, and this is visible in the quality of the outputs of her projects.
Rebeka's tenacity ensures she is never phased by obstacles, and often finds new and innovative solutions to complex problems. It is again her obsessive drive to deliver for her customers that keeps her going, and makes her such a dynamic manager of digital projects.
Quite simply, without Steve leading all of these projects they would never have been developed, let along deployed and entered into the awards.
