Dear Members and Guests
Your new PM Society Chairman, Steve Clark and I are delighted to present this souvenir brochure of the 23rd PM Society’s annual advertising awards – the event that ensures the pharmaceutical industry’s new year gets off to a flying start!
Despite the financial difficulties of 2008, we were very pleased to receive a high number of entries, with a notable increase in digital media and the various campaign award categories.
Congratulations to this year’s winners who comprised mainly the usual suspects and combined the ongoing appeal of Paling Walters’ Xenical and Woolley Pau’s Duac campaigns with new conceptual material from Langland and GSW / Junction 11.
Special note should also be made of Swordfish Advertising’s achievement in winning both the GP-judged awards (for press and direct mail) and also to Brand(x) Communications for an outstanding entry in the Geoff Brook Award.
